Our night at Xtreme bowling was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, the owner (I forget his name) took complete charge of the arrangements and ensured the evening ran smoothly.
As for any improvements;
1) Understandably with 140 people, sorting out team lists is not easy. However, once the teams have been decided, if that list could be printed and put up on a wall for everyone to see, so that they can see which lane they are playing in, and in which round. =)
2) I feel that there should be a fixed service charge of 10% on the bar tab. As I said, the staff are amazing, and I would hate for other corporates to take advantage of this with leaving no “tip”
